Build a persona from evidence, not imagination
Here is what I actually know about our users: [support tickets, interview notes, analytics — paste whatever you have].
Build a persona from this material only. For each attribute, cite which piece of evidence supports it.
Anything you cannot support, put in a separate list headed "assumptions to test". Do not give the persona a name, a photograph or a hobby.

Diagnose a landing page that gets traffic and no signups
Here is a landing page: [paste the copy]. It gets [traffic] visitors and converts at [rate].
Visitors arrive from [source] having searched [query].
Tell me where the page fails that visitor: what they expected to find in the first screen, what they actually find, and the first point at which they would leave. Then name the single change you would make first and what you expect it to do.

Write a cold email that does not read as one
Recipient: [role] at [type of company]. What I know about them specifically: [the real detail].
Write an email under 120 words that:
- Opens with the specific thing, not a compliment
- States what I want in the second paragraph
- Asks for a small, concrete next step
Do not use "I hope this finds you well", "quick question", or "circling back". If my specific detail is too thin to be worth mentioning, say so.

Plan a launch sequence around one message
We are launching [product or feature] to [audience] on [date].
First, write the single sentence the whole launch has to land. Then plan the sequence backwards from launch day, with each touchpoint doing one job toward that sentence.
For each item, say what it is for and what would make it unnecessary. Cut anything that exists only because launches usually include it.

Write a case study from an interview transcript
Here is a customer interview transcript: [paste it].
Write a case study structured as: the situation before, what they tried first, what changed, and what measurably resulted.
Use only what is in the transcript. Quote them directly for anything that sounds like a claim. Where there is no number, say so rather than writing "significantly".
