Editors' review
Captions are the product, everything else is convenience
Short-form video is watched without sound more often than with it, so caption quality is retention. The automatic cutting and B-roll are secondary.
For Japanese output, plan on correcting company names, product names and figures every time. That work does not disappear.
Verdict
Worth it at volume. A single video a month does not justify the subscription.
