The integrations matter more than the AI
The recurring spreadsheet pain is not calculation, it is that someone exports a CSV every Monday. Native integrations remove that, and the AI is a convenience on top.
Five AI tasks a month on free is an evaluation allowance, not a working one. Budget for Plus if you intend to use the analyst.
