Editors' review
A capture device for an existing workflow, not a standalone product
The honest framing is that this is an input for Notta. Everything that determines output quality — accuracy, speaker separation, terminology — lives in the service, so the device changes where you can record, not how well.
That makes it an easy purchase for a team already paying for Notta and a questionable one for anyone else. If you are not on Notta, test the phone app first; it may already cover the gap.
Pricing has moved. It launched at JPY 23,500 and the store showed JPY 19,800 when we checked on 2026-11-04, with the Pro line starting at JPY 29,700. Check the current figure rather than trusting a review.
Verdict
Sensible if Notta is already your workflow. Otherwise start with the app.
