Editors' review
The CRM write-back is the product
Recording the call is commodity. Writing structured data into the right CRM objects, including custom ones, is the part that saves a rep twenty minutes per meeting and the part most tools skip.
Ten hours a month is roughly ten meetings. Model the overage honestly before assuming ¥5,000 is the real cost.
Verdict
Worth it where CRM data quality has a measurable revenue cost. Check the hour maths.
