Galileo AI
4.6
Galileo AI generates UI mockups from a text prompt that you can then edit directly in Figma. That hand-off is the whole point: designers finish the work with the Figma skills they already have.

What it is good for
- Design teams whose primary workspace is Figma
- Producing a first screen to react to rather than a blank canvas
- Work that will be refined by a designer, not shipped as-is
Strengths and trade-offs
Strengths
- Output is editable in Figma in one click
- Exported with Auto Layout, so responsive cleanup is practical
- Pro from $19/mo, with a Team plan available
Trade-offs
- No code output — production still needs a React pass
- For engineer-led teams, v0 is faster end to end
Editors' review
Text to an editable Figma mockup — built around the designer's workflow
Galileo AI generates UI mockups from a prompt and hands them to Figma for editing. That assumption — that a designer will finish the job — is the main difference from v0.
Pro starts at $19/mo with a Team plan above it. Output comes through with Auto Layout structure, so making it responsive and turning pieces into components afterwards is reasonable rather than painful.
There is no code output, so shipping still requires implementing it in React. If engineers are the ones consuming the result, v0 is quicker from the start.
Verdict
The first choice for design teams working primarily in Figma. Engineer-centric teams that want code should look at v0 instead.
