Additional charges

Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. Prices may be shown excluding consumption tax.

Payment methods and timing

Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB): charged automatically on the same day each month from the date of the first payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Bank transfer: available only to companies and sole proprietors in Japan, and only as twelve months paid in advance (payable within 30 days of invoice as a rule).
Payment instructions are sent after the listing passes review. Nothing is payable at the point of application.

Delivery

Tool listings (Basic / Ranking): published approximately 10 business days after the first payment clears, and maintained until cancellation.
Featured articles: published after editorial review and sign-off on the draft, normally two to three weeks after the first payment clears.
Enterprise selection consulting: first session scheduled within five business days of the contract as a rule.

Cancellation and refunds

Application and review are free. If a listing does not pass review, nothing is charged.
If we decide not to publish after payment has been received, the full amount is refunded.
To cancel after publication, email us at least three business days before the next billing date. The listing is withdrawn on that date. Cancelling mid-month does not produce a pro-rata refund.
Cancellation within the minimum term (three or six months depending on the plan) is not accepted.
Non-performance attributable to us is handled by separate agreement.

Qualified invoice issuer number

Not currently registered. This will be added once registration completes.
